PLACING AN ORDER STEP BY STEP


Comunque… is an online shop that is open 24 hour a day, 365 days a year.
Below you will find a step by step guide on how to shop with us. For any further explanations you can always contact us during office hours.

Step 1 Placing an item in your shopping bag
· Go to the product of your choice, select a color and size, and click on the ‘Add to your shopping bag’.
· Have you placed all your chosen products in the shopping bag? Go to the shopping bag at the top right on the webpage. Here you can adjust the size and quantity of the ordered products.
· After adjusting click on ‘Calculate shipping’ and the total amount will be updated.
· Are you done shopping? Click on ‘Proceed to check-out’ button.

Step 2 Your personal details
· In order to process your order we ask for some personal details. If you already have an account with us you can log in directly with your e-mail and password after clicking on the ‘returning costumer’ link.
· If you are ordering with us for the first time you have to create an account with your password.

Step 3 Choose payment option
· In the next step, still on the ‘billing details’ page, you choose a payment method. This can be done via online payment or by bank transfer.
· After choosing your preferred option, you will be asked to fill in your personal payment information.
· Once you have completed these steps and your payment command has been confirmed, the actual payment will automatically be processed and you will receive by e-mail a confirmation.

Note that the accountholder of Comunque… is Mercurius Mode Accessoires and that the payment transactions that Comunque… operates are all safely protected by the payment system Paypal. All information that is exchanged by means of payment are encoded through the SSL-protocol. This information cannot be tracked, intercepted or used by a third party. Neither will they be saved in our computer system.


SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERYTIME

  • EUROPEAN UNION: We offer free shipping within the EU for all orders. Your order will be shipped through TNT express.
  • Outside Europe: Any deliveries outside Europe costs € 24,95.Your order will be shipped through TNT Express. Deliverytime 5-10 workingdays.

As soon as the transaction for your order has been successfully completed, we strive to dispatch your order the same day.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

TRIAL PERIOD
For each purchase item, sale items included, there is a trial period of 14 days. Is a product not to your liking or would you prefer to receive a different size or color? Report us the return simply via this form and send us back the product send your package via the post office or another courier service, the cost will be at your own expenses. Attention: the costs of insufficient stamped packages will be recovered from the sender. After receiving your returned item(s), the total amount will be refunded to you within 10 days.

The product may be tried on but should be returned; undamaged, including the original tag and in somewhat the original packaging. All items
will be checked upon receipt. When a damaged item is returned, the purchase price may be charged.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR DELICATE SCARVES

Hand Wash

When washing by hand, prevent soaking the garment as this causes fibers to lose their elasticity. It is very important to thoroughly rinse all traces of soap, and gently squeeze out any excess water. A maximum temperature of 30°C is enough to clean and refresh your clothing.

Machine Wash

The key rule when doing your laundry is to wash them on a low temperature with a good detergent that is especially made for the garments you are cleaning. This way you can protect your clothes from aging to fast. Any sheer garments should always be placed in a washing-bag to ensure the best care.

Drying

Tumble drying your delicate scarves is generally not a good idea, as the scarves might shrink and wear faster. There are exceptions from the rule, but special care should be taken with certain scarves and tumble drying should be avoided: Cotton knitwear because of shrinkage, wool because of felt formation, silk and polyacrylic articles because of heat damage. We advise you to dry your scarves flat or on a clothing hanger to be on the safe side.

Always read the care instructions on the label before washing a garment. The symbols used on the care label is normally divided into 5 categories: Washing, bleaching, ironing, dry cleaning and tumble drying.
